PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

General Notice

Students, Parents, Third Parties, when making payment, endeavor to state Student Name (and Matriculation Number where applicable), starting with the SURNAME, followed by other name(s).

In addition, for Corporate Donors, state full name of organization.

Make sure you keep the copy of your payment instrument/reference.

Student Fees/Charges Payments after the deadline date as detailed in the section under Payment Plans will incur “Fine for Late Payment of Fees” as detailed in “ Edwin Clark University Fees/Charges Regime”

New Students Notice

ACCEPTANCE FEE:

On acceptance of the University’s Offer of Admission, pay a NON-REFUNDABLE acceptance fee of Twenty-Five Thousand Naira (N25,000.00).

PAYMENT PLANS:

Plan a)        

Student Fees/Charges for a session are due in full by the beginning of the session.

However, before the beginning of the session, Students/Parents/Sponsors can pay any amount as many times as their cash flow permits, such that they would have paid the full 100% sessional fees/charges by the beginning of the session.

Plan b)        

Student Fees/Charges for a session are due in two installments.

50% of the sessional fees/charges  to be fully paid by the beginning of the First Semester and the:

Balance 50% to be fully paid by the beginning of the Second Semester. 

However, before the beginning of a semester, Students/Parents/Sponsors can pay any amount as many times as their cash flow permits, such that they would have paid at least 50% of the sessional (total) fees by the beginning of the first semester and the balance 50% by the beginning of the second semester.

Plan C)       

Student Fees/Charges can be paid in advance of a session or semester. All advance payments are applied as credit to the session/semester when they become due.

 

STUDENT RESIDENCE

Edwin Clark University is fully residential. Every student is expected to live compulsorily on campus


EDWIN CLARK UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME

Full Tuition waiver Scholarship Scheme continues throughout the duration of the program being pursued by a student, on the condition that beneficiaries satisfy the Academic Standard set by the University Senate. 


SURCHARGE

The University surcharges for damage or loss of University property/fixed asset.

Surcharges are payable along with fees or directly into the University’s bank accounts.

Surcharge value is as determined by the University’s Terms and Conditions.

 

REFUNDS

Note that all refunds of payments made to Edwin Clark University are subject to Non-Refundable amounts as the case may be, and as determined by the University’s Terms and Conditions.

Other Levies

Pay your University levies online or directly into any of our bank account stating your full name, course, the semester and your year of study. If you pay into our bank account, send a copy of the payment receipt to bursar@edwinclarkuniversity.edu.ng for confirmation. Thank you.
